The historical building (“Caselle di Paganico”) of La Fattoria dell’Autosufficienza is located at the center of the property and it became an Agritourism in March 2017, when the renovation works were completed.
The works have been carried on following green building principles, using natural materials such as stones, hemp, wood, lime and clay; all furniture and floors are made of wood colored with ecological paints;  detergents and soaps are environmentally-friendly. All food is organic and locally produced. Mostly, we serve wholemeal and vegetable-based food.
The available accommodations are 2 double/triple rooms, 1 dormitory with 6 beds, 1 studio flat (2 or 3 beds) and camping spaces.
The restaurant is open only on special days, for groups and events such as ceremonies, company conventions, courses, etc.
